[July 25-Friday] We spent our last day hanging by the pool. Joel took some great pics of the hotel grounds, while I sat under the sun. That night we ate a the Japanese restaurant. The food was pretty good considering we were in Mexico. We stayed away from the "sushi." It was Benihana style cooking so it was fun. That night was Vegas themed. It was a great way to end our vacation

During our stay there we also made some friends at the hotel-Elena (on the right) is from Mexico City and is working at the hotel for the summer. Alejandra (on the left) is from France. She is a Business major doing an internship at the hotel. They are so sweet.
